By accessing or using CricketMind ("the Service"), available at cricketmind.ai and related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CricketMind is operated as a trade name. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and CricketMind.

2. Description of Service

CricketMind provides AI-powered cricket analysis including:

• Live match scenario simulation with multiple AI analyst perspectives
• Natural language search over cricket data
• Head-to-head rivalry breakdowns between players
• Fantasy XI recommendations
• Waitlist and early access registration

The Service is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All analysis, predictions, statistics, and recommendations provided by CricketMind are generated by artificial intelligence. Specifically:

• Phase 1 analysis is powered by large language model reasoning and represents informed estimates, not verified historical records
• AI analysts may disagree with each other — this is by design, not an error
• Accuracy percentages shown are confidence indicators, not guarantees
• Fantasy XI recommendations are suggestions only — actual fantasy sports results may vary significantly
• No content from CricketMind should be used as the sole basis for any betting, wagering, or financial decision

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the underlying AI models
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialise any content from the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that harasses, defames, or harms any individual or group
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and technology on CricketMind — including the "CricketMind" name, the five AI analyst framework, and the interface — are the intellectual property of CricketMind. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Cricket statistics and historical data referenced in Phase 2 are sourced from publicly available datasets and are not claimed as proprietary.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. CricketMind makes no representations that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate or complete. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CricketMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis for fantasy sports, betting, or any other purpose.

8. Pricing and Payments

CricketMind is currently in early access. No payments are being processed at this time. When paid tiers launch, separate billing terms will be provided. Pricing shown on the website is indicative and subject to change before launch.

9. Termination

CricketMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. We also reserve the right to shut down, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
